Why it exists
The oldest problem in this trade is that the customer cannot see what the technician sees. Everything about how repair shops are perceived flows from that gap. A digital inspection closes it by making the evidence part of the estimate rather than something you have to take on trust.
How ours works
You drop the car off. The technician inspects and photographs, including video where movement matters — a wobbling wheel bearing or a dripping leak is far clearer in motion. You get a link on your phone with each finding, its photograph, and its price. You approve or decline line by line. We only do what you approved.
You can decline anything
This matters, so it is worth stating plainly. Every item is separate. Declining the air filter and approving the brakes is completely normal, and nothing gets added without your say-so. If something is genuinely a safety issue we will tell you clearly — but the decision stays yours.
What it does not do
It does not make a shop honest by itself. Photographs can still be presented misleadingly. What it does is make dishonesty checkable — you can take those pictures to another shop and ask. That is the whole point, and we are comfortable with it.
