What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you entered — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and your description of the problem. Along with it, the form sends the page you submitted from and your browser’s user agent string, which we use to filter automated spam.
If you call, text or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us and your phone number or email address.
What we do not collect
This website does not run advertising pixels, analytics tags or third-party trackers. No cookies are set by us for tracking purposes.
How we use it
To reply to you, to book and carry out the work, and to keep the ordinary business and repair records a repair shop is expected to keep. Repair history is genuinely useful to you later — it is how we know what was done to your car and when.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through Google’s Apps Script service, so they pass through Google’s infrastructure and are subject to Google’s terms. If you book through the online booking link, that booking is handled by our scheduling provider under their own privacy policy. If you apply for financing, you apply directly with the finance provider — we do not receive or store your application.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for answering you and for our business records. Repair records are kept as part of your vehicle’s service history, which is what lets us honour the warranty on work we did.
Asking us to delete something
Email and tell us what you would like removed. We will delete what we are able to delete and tell you if something has to be kept for a legal or accounting reason.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
