Information, not diagnosis
The articles, service pages and answers on this site describe common causes and typical outcomes. Your car may not be typical. Nothing here is a diagnosis of your vehicle, and nothing here should be treated as advice on whether your car is safe to drive. When we say something is usually not urgent, that is a general statement, not an assessment of yours.
Prices and estimates
Published price ranges are exactly that — ranges for common work, given so you can plan. Vehicle condition, parts availability, parts grade, labour, taxes and additional required work can only be confirmed after inspection. The estimate we give you after looking at the car is the number that counts, and you approve it before work begins.
Appointment requests
Submitting a form or a booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It is confirmed when we respond and agree a time with you. If your car is undriveable or unsafe, call (770) 676-7030 rather than waiting on a form.
Third-party services
Online booking, form delivery and financing are provided by third parties operating under their own terms and privacy policies. Financing approval is the provider’s decision, not ours, and we do not guarantee any outcome from an application.
Warranty
Work we perform is covered by the warranty published on our warranty page, which sets out what is covered, what is not, and what happens if the car comes back. Those terms govern, not anything summarised elsewhere on this site.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to Google, to a finance provider, to a manufacturer resource — we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Manufacturer intervals, regulations and prices change. If something here conflicts with what we tell you in person about your specific vehicle, what we tell you in person is what applies.
